Mrs. Hinton joined Rockwell Elementary a couple of years ago. She has worked in public, private and parochial schools during her career. Mrs. Hinton earned her master’s degree in School Counseling along with another master’s level certification in Psychometry from the University of South Alabama. She is a member of the American School Counselor Association and the Alabama Counseling Association. At Rockwell, Mrs. Hinton works closely with the teachers and administrators, providing responsive services to students that are referred to her. Mrs. Hinton also sees students that are referred by parents and often the students themselves ask to speak with her. Please feel free to call her if you have concerns about your child. Students are seen individually or in small groups. Along with her direct support of students, Mrs. Hinton chairs the Section 504 committee for Rockwell Elementary and is also the test coordinator for our school. Outside of school, Mrs. Hinton loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys reading and traveling.

Hello! My name is Pam Krusling and I am super excited to be serving as your child's counselor. I have been in education for over 20 years. I have worked in public education as a substitute teacher, teacher's aid, secretary and a teacher. I received my Master's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig!). I completed my Master's degree in school counseling at the University of South Alabama (Go Jags!). My husband, Jim, and I have lived in Alabama for 15 years. I have three sons and five grandchildren. Jim and I also adopted two fur babies that keep us pretty busy! I love spending time with family and friends, watching college football, reading books, and of course...visiting the beach.
